Universal Sports Academy describes itself as a home school enrichment program for student-athletes in grades 3 through 8 that combines athletic training, academic support, STEM-based learning, and leadership development in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

By accessing or using the website, submitting a contact or inquiry form, requesting program information, scheduling a visit, or otherwise interacting with the site, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the user does not agree to these Terms, the website should not be used.

1. Website Purpose

The website is provided to share information about Universal Sports Academy, including its mission, academic and athletic programming, training model, schedule, contact information, and enrollment-related inquiry opportunities.

Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee of admission, enrollment, team placement, athletic advancement, academic performance, or any particular outcome.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

Because Universal Sports Academy serves students in grades 3 through 8, the website is intended to be used by parents, legal guardians, authorized family members, coaches, and other adults seeking legitimate information about the program.

Any person submitting information relating to a minor represents that the person has authority to provide that information and to receive communications concerning the student-athlete.

Submission of a form does not create an enrollment contract and does not obligate Universal Sports Academy to accept, place, or admit any student.

4. Text Messaging and Electronic Communications

The contact page includes optional consent checkboxes for non-marketing text messages and for marketing or promotional messages, and those disclosures state that message frequency may vary and that message and data rates may apply.

By checking an applicable consent box, the user agrees to receive the category of communications selected at the phone number provided, subject to the website's stated instructions to text HELP for assistance and reply STOP to opt out.

The user is responsible for any charges imposed by the user's wireless provider related to text communications.

5. Academic and Athletic Content

The website states that the academy provides a Monday-Friday program aligned with the Gwinnett County Public Schools calendar, with daily athletic training, lunch and free time, and afternoon school work support.​

The website also describes baseball instruction, strength and conditioning, academic support, STEM-based learning, field trips, and leadership-oriented development for student-athletes.

All program descriptions are informational and may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, layout, design elements, photos, videos, downloadable materials, and other content, is owned by Universal Sports Academy or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where otherwise indicated.

9. No Warranties

The website and all content made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Universal Sports Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.

Universal Sports Academy does not warrant that the website will always be secure, error-free, available, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universal Sports Academy and its owners, officers, directors, employees, coaches, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or relating to use of, or inability to use, the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability arising out of website use will be limited to the amount, if any, paid directly by the user to Universal Sports Academy for the specific online service giving rise to the claim.
